Summer cut-out dress

This under $20 Amazon find is a win. It comes in 6 different colors -- I'm in navy here. I will say this -- if you have a bigger chest, this may not be the dress for you. Because it ties up top, it could be uncomfortable or a bit too revealing. However - my house is a revolving door of Amazon packages and I'm constantly at the UPS store for returns haha - it is so easy, so no harm in giving it a try. I've got the Tory Burch Metal Millers on in tan, but Bloomingdales, where I always get mine, have a few different colors on sale! Check them out here!
